Hannibal Morris

Hannibal Morris serves as the Head of England Athlete Development Pathways at Sport England since July 2021, having previously held a position on the Senior Leadership Team for Team GB’s Paris 2024 Olympic Games preparation camp from April 2023 to August 2024. From June 2017 to July 2021, Hannibal worked as a Business Development Manager at UK Sport, focusing on innovation and partnerships within Great Britain’s high-performance sport agency. Earlier roles included strategic planning for Nike at AKQA, where Hannibal served as both Strategic Planner and Associate Strategic Planner, as well as Account Manager for digital innovation. A freelance filmmaker and creative from January 2010 to May 2015, Hannibal's work spanned various media, including award-winning shorts. Academically, Hannibal earned a Bachelor of Science in Sport and Exercise Science from Loughborough University and a Master of Arts in Creative Business for Entrepreneurs and Executives from the National Film & Television School.
