Elena Zwetsloot

Elena Zwetsloot is a seasoned sales enablement leader with nearly 20 years of experience in sales and marketing roles. Currently serving as the Director of Sales Enablement Strategy since January 2020, Elena has held various significant positions including Director of Sales Transformation and Performance at Staples and Global Sales Learning and Readiness Lead at Avanade. Notable contributions include founding the Women in Sales and Leadership initiative and hosting the Women in Sales and Leadership Podcast. As a Certified Pilates Instructor and Spinning Instructor, Elena advocates for physical health alongside professional development. Elena's educational background includes a first-class degree with distinction in Marketing and Logistics from the University of Hull and a degree in Communication and PR from the University of Bucharest.
