Alia Altaweel, EMBA, CIPD 5, KPIP, is an accomplished professional specializing in performance management and organizational development, currently serving as the Performance & Rewards Assistant Manager at the Sports Boulevard Foundation since July 2022. Alia has a robust background in implementing performance management frameworks, developing succession plans, and facilitating employee career planning. Previous roles include Performance & Rewards Lead and Organizational Development Lead, where Alia successfully established performance management systems and departmental policies. Alia has held senior positions at Riyad Bank, contributing to KPI development and performance reporting, as well as experience in performance management at Mobily and human resources at King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz University Hospital.
