Ana Sandra Ruiz Entrecanales is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in growth and marketing strategies, currently serving as Senior Director and Global Head of Growth at Spotify since February 2014. In this role, Ruiz Entrecanales leads a cross-functional organization of over 100 individuals, overseeing global subscriber growth initiatives across multiple regions including Europe, North America, LATAM, APAC, and the Middle East & Africa. Prior to this tenure, Ruiz Entrecanales held various positions at Spotify, including Head of International Premium Growth, and also worked at Skype, Revita, Englefield Capital, and Morgan Stanley in roles focused on marketing, product management, and investment banking.
