Robert M. Toy

Rob Toy is President of the Commercial Division of SP+ Corporation. Rob joined SP+ in 1999 as Executive Vice President of USA Parking System, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of SP+. Rob has held multiple leadership roles at SP+, including Senior Vice President of Field Operations, Executive Vice President of Operations, and President of Commercial Operations. Prior to joining USA Parking, Rob was Chief Operating Officer of Denison Parking. Rob attended the University of Kentucky.
