Wenyu Blanchard

Wenyu Blanchard is the Chief Legal Officer and Secretary for SP+ Corporation. Wenyu joined SP+ as Vice President, Associate General Counsel in 2021 and was promoted to Deputy General Counsel in 2022. Wenyu has experience in complex commercial transactions, intellectual property, privacy, corporate governance, ethics and compliance, strategy, and mergers and acquisitions. Prior to joining SP+, she held roles as Chief Legal Counsel – Oscar Mayer at The Kraft Heinz Company, and Assistant General Counsel at Alliant Energy. Wenyu began her legal career at Sonnenschein Nath & Rosenthal, now Dentons, and was a partner when she left to join Wm. Wrigley Jr. Company.

Wenyu earned her J.D. and B.S. from Boston College Law School and Boston College.
