Sophie Bonnet is a seasoned operations leader with extensive experience in optimizing workflows and enhancing user experiences across multiple high-profile companies. Currently serving as Senior Customer Operations Manager at Springboard since February 2021, Sophie has successfully led projects that focus on strategic initiatives, cost optimization, and process improvements.
