Elsie Poser is an experienced implementation consultant currently serving as a Lead Implementation Consultant at Sprinklr since September 2023, where responsibilities include delivering tailored onboardings for the Sprinklr CXM platform, conducting brand research, and optimizing workflows through advanced software functionalities. Prior to this role, Elsie worked at Spectrm from January 2021 to August 2023, providing customer service and conversation intelligence solutions as an Implementation Consultant and previously as an Onboarding Specialist.
