Ganesh Rao

Ganesh Rao is an experienced professional in product consulting and project management, currently serving as a Lead Product Consultant, Product Manager, and Project Manager at Sprinklr since November 2021. In this role, Ganesh has successfully managed SaaS project workflows and led over 60 projects, focusing on requirement gathering, platform configuration, customer training, and post-go-live support. Prior experience includes positions at Sutherland, where Ganesh was involved in application development and product implementation across multiple roles, including Scrum Master and Subject Matter Expert. Ganesh began the career as a Technical Consultant at Onward Eservices Limited and holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronic, and Communications Engineering Technology from KCG College of Technology, along with a diploma in Computer Science from Vel Tech Polytechnic College.
