Tobiel Lucas

Tobiel Lucas is a Mid UX Researcher at Sprout Solutions since January 2021, specializing in leading research for core and fintech products to identify user needs and enhance product usability. Responsibilities include standardizing the research process and improving the research repository while applying the atomic research concept. Previously, Tobiel held roles as a Junior UX Product Designer, facilitating user interviews and usability testing, and as a UX Designer Intern at the same company. Tobiel holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Adamson University, completed in 2020.
