Colleen Geiselhart

Colleen Geiselhart is an accomplished leader in customer experience and engineering, currently serving as Senior Vice President and Head of Customer Experience at Sprout Social, Inc. since May 2021. With prior experience as Vice President of Solution Engineering & Professional Services at Chief, Geiselhart contributed to empowering senior women leaders in various industries. Previous roles include Senior Director at Salesforce, where foundational leadership in the Manufacturing Vertical was established, and various positions at Sword Ciboodle, the United States Navy, Wittenberg Weiner Consulting, and The RAND Corporation. Geiselhart holds a Bachelor's degree from Purdue University and has a strong background in business analysis and process re-engineering.
