Brent Paulson

Brent Paulson is a Technical Support Engineer at SPS Commerce, where experience includes progressive roles from Associate Customer Support Analyst to Senior Customer Support Analyst since September 2021. Prior to this, Brent served as a Greencorps Service Member for MN GreenCorps from September 2020 to September 2021, contributing to environmental initiatives. Additional experience includes a Customer Service Specialist position at Normandale Community College and a Horticulture Technician role in the University of Wisconsin-Madison's Horticulture Department, where significant research and data management skills were developed. Brent also worked as a Head Tennis Coach for the InnerCity Tennis Foundation, leading young players in skill development. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Conservation Biology and Environmental Studies from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
