Susanne Beer

Susanne Beer is an accomplished human resources leader with extensive experience in strategic HR management across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Global Head of Human Resources and CHRO at SPS since May 2023, Susanne has a proven track record of enhancing HR services, implementing effective talent management strategies, and driving organizational development. Previously, as Human Resources Director at Randstad Switzerland, Susanne oversaw the HR department, focusing on leadership development, employee satisfaction, and global HR initiatives. Susanne held significant roles at Swissport as VP, Head HR Central and Eastern Europe, and VP, Head Corporate HR, where responsibilities included managing HR processes worldwide and ensuring operational excellence. Additional positions included Global HR Business Partner at Tecan and VP, Head Human Resources at Kuoni Switzerland. Susanne's educational qualifications include an Executive MBA from the University of St.Gallen and a Master of Advanced Studies in HRM from ZHAW Zurich University of Applied Sciences.
