Marcelina Bartczak

Marcelina Bartczak is an experienced professional in the software development and IT sectors, currently serving as a Staff Augmentation Partner at Spyrosoft since October 2025, where responsibilities include managing staff augmentation projects and maintaining client relationships. Previously, Marcelina worked as an IT Researcher at NATEK, focusing on sourcing international IT talent and enhancing candidate experiences, and held roles at Samorząd Studentów Uniwersytetu Ekonomicznego we Wrocławiu, including member of the HR Committee and the Scheduling Team for events.
