Amaree Dunaway

Amaree Dunaway is a procurement project specialist at SRI since May 2024, following experience as a buyer at Element Biosciences and a guest experience associate at Petco. Prior roles include purchasing coordinator at ReaderLink, where Amaree achieved a 96% performance metric in order accuracy and contributed to a significant project managing over $100M in POs. Leadership experience encompasses roles as a principal member of the UCSD National Pan-Hellenic Council and Tamiochus for Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc., where Amaree led strategic financial planning and outreach initiatives. Amaree also served as peer guidance lead at the UC San Diego Black Resource Center and holds a Bachelor of Science in Marine Biology and Biological Oceanography from UC San Diego.
