David Hoekstra

David Hoekstra is a Principal Consultant at SRK Consulting since April 2015, specializing in water resource management services for the mining industry, with a focus on water planning, water balance modeling, and stormwater design. Prior to this role, David served as a Senior Engineer at Schlumberger Water Services from December 2009 to March 2015, providing similar consulting services to the oil and gas and mining sectors. David's extensive career began at Golder Associates, where David advanced from Staff Engineer to Senior Engineer between February 1989 and October 2009, gaining diverse experience in synthetic and clay liner installation, geotechnical investigations, AutoCAD design, stormwater management, and water management modeling. David holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Colorado State University, completed in 1986.
