Yuriy Pelmenev

Yuriy Pelmenev currently serves as the Technical Development Manager at SSAB since September 2023. Prior to this role, Yuriy worked at Weir Minerals as a Sales Engineer from October 2017 to September 2023. Yuriy's extensive experience in sales is highlighted by a tenure at Volvo Group Kazakhstan ТОО as a Regional Sales Manager and at Volvo Group Kazakhstan LLP as a Regional Sales Representative from January 2010 to October 2017, where responsibilities included the development and management of Volvo truck sales across Central, Northern, and Eastern Kazakhstan. Earlier positions include Technical Sales Representative at Henkel Technologies and Supervisor at INTER TRADE, where Yuriy contributed to significant sales growth and team management. Yuriy began a career in sales as a Sales Representative in Karaganda, following graduation from Karaganda Technical University in 2001.
