Janice Collins

Janice Collins is an experienced communications professional with a robust background in internal communications across various sectors. Currently serving as the Group SHE Internal Comms Specialist at SSE plc since June 2022, Janice previously worked at BAE Systems as an Employee Communications Associate, where support was provided for Naval Ships internal communications and engagement activities. Janice has held several key roles, including Senior Internal Communications Manager at SGN, Internal Communications Business Partner at Skills Development Scotland, and Communications Consultant for Glasgow City Council. Additional experience includes managing communications for NHS 24 and the Scottish Government, as well as leadership roles at the Childrens Workforce Development Council and the Central Office of Information. Janice's extensive skill set encompasses strategy development, content creation, and stakeholder engagement in both public and private sectors.
