Jennifer Lepore, PHR, SHRM-CP, sHRBP, is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various HR roles. Currently serving in human resources at SSIU | South Shore Insurance Underwriters since August 2025, Jennifer previously held the position of Senior Human Resources Generalist at Verinext from 2019 to August 2025, where responsibilities included administering benefit plans, assisting with recruitment, and organizing training initiatives.
