Katherine McNeil is a seasoned learning and development professional with extensive experience in designing and delivering training programs across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Lead Learning Program Specialist at SSOE Group, Katherine focuses on talent development solutions to enhance employee engagement and performance. Previously, as Senior Training Manager at Smarsh, Katherine played a pivotal role in developing global training initiatives and integrating newly acquired employees.
