Jennifer Rodrigue

Director, Communications & Public Affairs at St.Amant

Jennifer Rodrigue is currently the Director of Communications and Public Affairs at St.Amant. Jennifer has also held previous positions as the Chairperson for Disability Matters Vote, the Director of Communications for Réseau Compassion Network, and the Communications Chair for Disability Matters Vote 2016. Prior to their current roles, Jennifer was the Manager of Partnership Development at the Winnipeg Folk Festival from January 2004 to December 2007.

Jennifer has always been an advocate for those with disabilities and their right to vote. In their role as Chairperson for Disability Matters Vote, they worked tirelessly to ensure that all Manitobans with disabilities could participate fully in election activities and that those who were eligible to vote could do so. Jennifer also promoted priority attention for disability issues in the provincial election and supported Manitobans in making informed voting decisions.

As the Director of Communications for Réseau Compassion Network, Jennifer was part of the leadership team that developed their current strategic plan. Subsequent to the strategic plan, they developed a five-year communications plan to support their strategic goals which included the development of a new brand that launched in June 2020.

Jennifer’s passion for communications and their dedication to making a difference in their community have made their an invaluable asset to any organization lucky enough to have their on their team.

Jennifer Rodrigue's educational career includes studying creative communications at Red River College Polytechnic, as well as completing certifications from Prosci in change practitioner and from the Canadian Mental Health Association in mental health first aid.

They are on a team with Jennifer Kilimnik - Director, Culture & Compassion, Pearl Kavanagh-Stoesz - Director, Human Resource Services, and Kerri Walters - Director, Autism Programs & Psychology Services. Jennifer Rodrigue reports to John Leggat, President & CEO.
