James Mill

James Mill is currently the EVP & CIO at S&T Bank. Prior to that, they were a Financial Advisor at UBS Wealth Management from January 2006 to December 2007. Before that, they were an Area Manager and Project Manager at SBC Telecom (AT&T Communications) from January 2000 to December 2006. James also served in the US Navy as a Public Affairs Officer (LCDR) from January 1990 to December 2008. During their time in the Navy, they were awarded the Joint Service Commendation Medal, 2 Navy Commendation Medals, and 2 Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medals for superior performance.

James Mill began their educational career at the United States Naval Academy, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and Government. James then went on to earn a Master of Business Administration - MBA in Finance and Financial Management Services from the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst. James also attended the Stonier Graduate School of Banking.
