Elizabeth Halloran

EVP & Chief Advancement Officer at St Catherine University

Elizabeth (Beth) Halloran is the executive vice president and chief advancement officer at St. Catherine University. In this role, Halloran holds primary strategic and oversight responsibility for the University’s development, alumni relations, events, sponsored programs, operations and analytics, and marketing and communications teams. Her strategies and initiatives have increased awareness and deepened engagement across all of the University’s audiences.

Before joining St. Kate’s, Halloran was senior vice president for advancement at The Minneapolis Foundation, where she led the philanthropic services and external relations teams and shaped the foundation’s fundraising strategy and donor services program. She also expanded the foundation’s community reach and collaborated with donors to support their philanthropic goals.

Halloran has also previously served as vice president for development and alumni relations at Grinnell College, and also in senior positions at the University of Michigan and the Mayo Clinic.

Halloran holds a bachelor of science in social work from the College of St. Teresa, a master's degree in social welfare from the University of Wisconsin, and a master’s degree in business administration from the University of St. Thomas.
