Jenna Shott

Jenna Shott currently serves as the Senior Human Resources Manager at St. John Knits, a position held since September 2024. Previously, Jenna held various roles at Nekter Juice Bar from November 2012 to September 2024, including Director of Human Resources and Human Resources Manager, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing HR operations for over 800 employees, managing talent acquisition, and implementing organizational processes such as onboarding and payroll systems. Additionally, Jenna collaborated with leadership on performance management, conducted investigations into workplace issues, and ensured compliance with employment laws. Earlier experience includes serving as Development Coordinator and Human Resources Coordinator at Brookfield Homes from July 2009 to October 2012. Jenna holds a BA in Psychology from Vanguard University of Southern California and completed secondary education at Santa Margarita Catholic High School.
