Cate Thomas

Cate Thomas currently serves as the Acting Director of Organisational Development and Improvement at St John of God Health Care, a position held since March 2021. Prior to this role, Cate worked at EY as a Senior Manager from July 2014 to March 2021. Earlier experience includes serving as a Project Officer at Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital from November 2008 to May 2014, where Cate led a project focused on meeting national elective surgery targets. Cate's career also includes positions as Manager of the Occupational Therapy Department and Senior Occupational Therapist. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration from The University of Western Australia (2012-2014) and a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy from Curtin University (2001-2004).
