Andrea Wilson

Andrea Wilson has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Assistant Director for Stafford County Government since July 2021. Previously, Andrea held various leadership roles including Director of Human Resources at LTC Solutions, L.L.C. and Vice President of Human Resources at EnviroSolutions Inc., where responsibilities included building HR infrastructure for growth. Andrea also operated a strategic HR consultancy and held senior HR positions at companies such as InfoPro Inc., Harris Corporation, Multimax, Inc., and SI International. Andrea earned a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management from Marymount University.
