Rachel Louise Hasting

Rachel Louise Hasting is a seasoned researcher at STAMI - Statens arbeidsmiljøinstitutt, focusing on projects related to occupational health, including labor participation and occupational cancer risks, while utilizing large registry datasets in Stata and R since September 2018. Previous roles include a PhD candidate and intern at Depict AS, conducting data analysis and report writing, and an intern at the Norwegian Center for Migration and Minority Health performing a scoping review on mental health issues among migrant men. Additional experience encompasses administrative and management positions in community and church settings, as well as early career roles related to project management and company secretarial duties. Rachel holds a Master of Science in Health Economics, Policy and Management from the University of Oslo and is pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy in Epidemiology at the same institution, having also earned a BSc (Hons) degree in Psychology from the University of St Andrews.
