Marthanya Attya is an experienced professional in the field of human resources, currently serving as a Global Human Resources Business Partner for Client Coverage at Standard Chartered Bank since July 2013, where responsibilities include working with Wholesale Banking Segments and supporting the Wealth Management business. Prior to this role, Marthanya held various positions including HR Business Partner for Group Technology & Operations at HSBC and Talent, Resourcing & OD Specialist at PwC. Additionally, Marthanya worked at ABN AMRO Bank N.V. as a Human Capital Manager and was seconded to Royal Bank of Scotland for HR integration in Asia. Marthanya holds a Master of Psychology degree in Organisational & Industrial Psychology from the University of Indonesia.
