Linda Hoff

EVP & CFO at Stanford Health Care

Linda Hoff is the Chief Financial Officer for Stanford Health Care – one of the nation’s leading academic health systems – where she oversees finance strategy, planning, and financial reporting, among other duties. She has more than 30 years of finance experience in the health care industry and has served in executive positions in a variety of organizations.

Prior to joining Stanford Health Care in 2017, Hoff was the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Legacy Health, the largest hospital system in Oregon, where she was operationally responsible for all finance functions and the lead executive on Legacy Health’s 50 percent ownership of Pacific Source Health Insurance. Before that, she held roles as Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Meriter Health Services, and President & CEO of Physicians Plus Insurance Company. Earlier in her career, Hoff served as Director of Internal Audit at Mayo Foundation and as Audit Manager at KPMG, LLP.

Since 2014, Becker’s Hospital Review has included Hoff on its list of the 150 Hospital and Health Systems CFOs to know.

Hoff earned her Master of Business Administration in Health Care Fiscal Management and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Wisconsin, Madison.
