Kaye Foster

Kaye Foster is an executive coach and board member with over 20 years of experience collaborating with C-suite executives at global corporations like Pfizer, Johnson & Johnson, and Onyx Pharmaceuticals. Currently, Kaye serves as a Senior Advisor at the Boston Consulting Group while holding multiple board positions at organizations such as Stanford Health Care and Agios Pharmaceuticals. Kaye's previous roles include Vice President of Human Resources at Johnson & Johnson and Senior Vice President of Global Human Resources at Onyx Pharmaceuticals, where they implemented significant cultural and strategic initiatives. Kaye is a champion of diversity, equity, and inclusion, contributing to philanthropic efforts as Chair of the Board of Glide Memorial Foundation and a trustee at Spelman College. Kaye is also a guest lecturer at Columbia and Stanford Graduate Schools of Business.
