Kaye Foster

Kaye Foster is the current Director at Stanford Health Care. Kaye has held various positions at different companies throughout their career. Some of their previous companies include ARCH Venture Partners, Resilience Inc., GRAIL, Inc., and The Boston Consulting Group.

Foster began their career at Onyx Pharmaceuticals where they served as the Senior Vice President of Global Human Resources from 2010 to 2014. During their time there, they were responsible for developing and implementing a strategy to transform Onyx from a small US-based company to a global one. This included creating and hiring new roles, building a commercial organization, and developing an HR leadership team.

In 2014, Onyx was acquired by Amgen and Foster became responsible for negotiating all employee-related matters. Kaye then left Amgen to join Agios Pharmaceuticals as their Head of Human Resources. After a short time there, they moved on to become the Director of Human Resources at Spelman College.

In 2017, Foster joined Stanford Health Care as their Director. In this role, they are responsible for leading the HR team and developing strategies to support the hospital's growth aspirations.

Kaye Foster has an MBA from Columbia Business School and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Baruch College.
