Amy Balsom

Amy Balsom has been working in higher education for over three decades. Amy started their career at Stanford University in 1984 as an administrative associate. In 1986, they were promoted to administrative services manager in the vice president for business and finance office. In 1991, they left Stanford to work at The Institute for International Studies as the associate director. Amy returned to Stanford in 1998 and has been working in the dean's office ever since. Amy is currently the senior associate dean.

Amy Balsom reports to Stephan Graham, Dean, School of Earth, Energy & Environmental Sciences. Amy Balsom works with Aaron Cole - Director of Web Services, Jane Chen - Director of Finance, and Elizabeth de Oliveira - Associate Director for Development Communications.
