Donald Allan, Jr. is President and Chief Executive Officer of Stanley Black & Decker, the world’s largest tool company headquartered in the United States with revenues of $15.6 billion. Prior to becoming Chief Executive Officer on July 1, 2022, Don served as President and Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining the company in 1999, Don held financial management positions with Loctite Corporation and spent nine years at Ernst & Young.

Don is Lead Director at Anderson Corporation and a member of the Business Roundtable. He earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Hartford.
