Leo Montes Gutierrez, P.Eng, PQS, GSC, CET, has held various roles in construction and engineering, beginning as a Senior Quantity Surveyor at Arabtec Construction LLC from 2005 to 2008. They then served as a Senior Estimator and Project Coordinator at Layfield Canada Ltd. from 2011 to 2024, specializing in geosynthetics design. Currently, Leo is an Estimator with ONxpress Transportation Partners until 2025 and works as a Construction Estimator at Stantec. Leo is also pursuing their education at the University of Pangasinan.
