Dan Webb

Dan Webb is an experienced professional with a diverse background in product development and engineering. Currently serving as Associate Director of Product Development at StarCompliance since July 2025, Dan has previously held significant roles at BJSS from June 2013 to June 2025, including Principal Engineer, Head of Academy, and responsibilities in London Capabilities, where focus was on enhancing technology capabilities and fostering internal career paths. Prior to BJSS, Dan worked at Johnson & Johnson from March 2004 to December 2009 as Test Manager, and at Pfizer from January 2000 to January 2004 as Senior Test Manager, both positions emphasizing systems engineering and team leadership. Dan also gained experience as a Test Consultant at DeRisk IT in January 2000.
