Aileen Lyons is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in financial reporting and management across various banking institutions. Currently serving as Head of Financial Reporting at Starling Bank since January 2021, Aileen previously held senior roles, including Head of Finance at Raphaels Bank, Senior Financial Controller at Standard Bank, and Finance Manager at Anglo Irish Bank. Aileen's expertise encompasses statutory and regulatory reporting, financial consolidation, and budgeting, complemented by a strong grounding in audit from KPMG and Arthur Andersen. Aileen is a Chartered Accountant, having earned FCA qualifications from the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland and holds a BA in Law and Accounting from the University of Limerick.
