Veronica John

Veronica John is an accomplished compliance professional with extensive experience in the financial services sector. Currently serving as the Head of Conduct & Compliance Advice at Starling Bank since July 2023, Veronica previously held various senior roles at Cynergy Bank, including Senior Compliance Manager and Compliance Manager, from December 2018 to July 2023. Prior to this, Veronica worked as a Senior Compliance Officer at Bank of Cyprus UK and held similar roles at Wonga, Deloitte UK, and the Financial Conduct Authority. Veronica began their career at Barclays as a Personal Banker. Veronica John earned a BSc (Hons) in Computer Science from the University of Westminster from 2005 to 2009.
