Heidy Kerma

Heidy Kerma is the VP of People Operations and Internal Infrastructure at Starship. Heidy has over 20 years of experience in office management and real estate. Heidy started their career as an office manager at Helmes AS in 1998. In 2004, they became the facilities manager at Skype Estonia and oversaw the site buildout and setup for their engineering site in Estonia in 2015. Heidy then went on maternity leave for a year before returning to Microsoft as a Real Estate Portfolio Manager for their Baltics division in September 2014. Heidy left Microsoft in September 2015 to join Twilio Inc. as their Facilities Project Manager.

Their manager is Alastair Westgarth, CEO. They are on a team with Pol Oliver - CFO, Henry Harris-Burland - VP, Marketing, and Jennifer Miller - General Counsel.
