Joyce Tay

Joyce Tay is a Partner at StartupX, where they oversee global innovation programs and cultivate partnerships with prominent corporations and governments. In 2018, they co-founded StartupX after a decade of elevating Southeast Asia’s startup ecosystem, notably growing Startup Weekend into the region’s largest startup community. Joyce has founded multiple ventures, including GetAssured for Business and NATIVGO, and currently serves as a lecturer at SMU Academy. They are also a Founding Partner at IxSA, focusing on innovation and sustainability. Joyce's extensive experience includes mentoring at Tetr College of Business and active participation in various entrepreneurship initiatives.
