Rick Berke

Rick Berke oversees STAT. He was previously a longtime reporter and editor at the New York Times. He was chief political correspondent there for more than a decade, and before that covered beats including Congress, the White House, media, and national drug policy. In his roles as an editor, he served two tours as an assistant managing editor, and was also Washington editor, national editor, political editor, and video content editor. Before coming to Boston to launch STAT, he was executive editor of Politico.
