Charlotte Z. Owsianny

Charlotte Z. Owsianny is the Executive Director of the SECU MD Foundation, a position they currently hold after serving as the Chief Advancement Officer at Next One Up from 2016 to 2024, where they drove significant organizational growth and community impact. They previously worked as a Policy & Program Coordinator at East Baltimore Development Inc., and as a Tenant & Landlord Counselor at Baltimore Neighborhoods Inc. Charlotte also has experience as a Program Associate at the Blaustein Philanthropic Group, where they managed grant proposals and compliance. They earned a Master's in Public Policy with a focus on Urban Policy from The Johns Hopkins University, following a Bachelor's degree in History from Loyola University Maryland.
