Rachel Turner

Rachel Turner possesses a diverse background in administrative and legislative roles within the State of Alaska. Currently serving as the Special Assistant to the Commissioner at the Alaska Department of Corrections since September 2024, Rachel is also the Legislative Liaison for the State of Alaska. Prior to these positions, Rachel worked at the Legislative Affairs Agency from September 2018 to September 2023 as an Administrative Assistant. Rachel's career with the State of Alaska began in May 2010, advancing through various administrative assistant positions from Office Assistant II to Administrative Assistant III over an eight-year span.
