Robert Harvey

Robert Harvey is an accomplished executive and legal professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as President & Executive Director of the Florida Opportunity Fund since January 2023, Harvey also holds executive director positions at the Florida Development Finance Corporation and the Florida Resiliency and Energy District. Additionally, Harvey is a Vice Chairman of the Impact Fee Review Committee and a Board Member of the Land Development Review Advisory Board in Palm Beach County. From 2015 to 2023, Harvey chaired the Judicial Nominating Commission in the State of Florida. Previous roles include General Counsel for Enterprise Florida, Partner at Jenks & Harvey LLP, Owner of Robert J. Harvey, P.A., and General Partner at Kensington Capital Fund LP. Harvey's educational background includes a Doctor of Law degree from Southern Illinois University and multiple Bachelor of Science degrees in Business Administration from Eastern Illinois University.
