Lloyd dela Pena

Lloyd Dela Pena has extensive experience in the aviation industry, currently serving as Airport Operations Duty Manager for the State of Hawaii since July 2003. Prior to this role, Lloyd held various positions at Aloha Airlines, including Manager of Interline & RAMP Operations, Hilo Station Manager, Customer Service Manager, and other customer service roles, accumulating a wealth of knowledge over a span of nearly 15 years. Lloyd began the career at Aloha Airlines as a Customer Service Agent and eventually worked up to significant managerial positions. In addition, Lloyd completed studies at the University of Southern California Viterbi School of Engineering from 2013 to 2017.
