Benjamin Rathman

Benjamin Rathman is an experienced legal professional currently serving as an Assistant Public Defender for the State of Maryland since February 2023. Prior experience includes a role as a Fall Associate at the DC Office of the Attorney General's Public Advocacy Division and as a Student Attorney at Rising for Justice. Benjamin previously worked as a Law Clerk for the Orange County Public Defender and held positions in cybersecurity sales and marketing at Darktrace and Peerlyst, respectively. Educational qualifications include a Juris Doctor from The George Washington University Law School and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government with a focus on Political Economy from the University of California, Berkeley.
