Hans Martin Espegren

Hans Martin Espegren currently serves as Fagdirektør Data og KI at Statens vegvesen - Norwegian Public Roads Administration since January 2025. Prior to this role, Hans Martin managed the Data Science team at BAMA Gruppen AS from September 2020 to January 2025, focusing on machine learning and business value creation. Hans Martin also led the Data Science Team at Urban Sharing from March 2017 to September 2020, developing predictive tools for decision support. Earlier experience includes roles as a Business Analyst at BearingPoint and data-centric positions at Urban Infrastructure Partner AS and NTNU, where Hans Martin contributed to research and teaching initiatives. Hans Martin holds a Master of Science degree in Industrial Economics and Technology Management from NTNU and has completed studies at The Norwegian School of Theology and Kristelig Gymnasium.
