Alisha Kennedy

Alisha Kennedy is an accomplished communications and marketing professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Senior Manager for External Affairs at Stats NZ, Alisha leads the newly established External Affairs team, overseeing communication, marketing, and design functions. Prior to this role, Alisha was the General Manager of External Relations at Presbyterian Support Central, where leadership encompassed communications, marketing, and fundraising for a diverse organization offering aged care and social services. Alisha's previous positions include Strategic Stakeholder Engagement Advisor at the Ministry of Social Development, Director at Kennedy Communication, PR/Communication Manager at Cancer Society NZ, Communication Portfolio Manager at WISE Group, and various roles in journalism with The Radio Network and Radio Bay of Plenty. Alisha holds a degree in Broadcast Journalism from NZRTS.
