Ted Knutson

Ted Knutson is the current Founder & CEO at StatsBomb. Prior to this, they were the Head of Player Analytics at Smartodds from October 2014 to March 2016. Before that, they were the Lead Trader for the English Premier League at PinnacleSports.com from April 2007 to October 2014. At PinnacleSports.com, they were responsible for developing new products and analysis tools/metrics for the PinnacleSports.com sportsbook. Ted also rebuilt the entire Pinnacle Soccer department and built their Live sports department from scratch, including helping to provide models and tools for these sports and recruiting new traders and developers in IT. Live models included Basketball, Baseball and Soccer.

Ted Knutson is currently working towards their doctorate in international political economics at Emory University. Ted previously attended the University of Oklahoma.
