Somjoy Basu Roy Chowdhury has worked in a variety of roles in the recruitment and talent acquisition space since 2017. They began their career as a Recruitment Executive at Mancer Consulting Services in 2017. They then moved to CareerNet Technologies in 2018, where they held the role of Recruitment Executive. In 2020, Somjoy began working at Incedo Inc. as a Technical Recruiter, and also began working at TeamLease Services Limited as a Career Consultant. Most recently, they have been employed at StatusNeo as a Talent Analyst since 2022.

Somjoy Basu Roy Chowdhury obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Business Administration from DOON BUSINES SCHOOL, DEHRADUN between 2015 and 2017.
