Elizabeth Parkes

Elizabeth Parkes is an experienced operational leader, currently serving as the Operational Delivery Manager at Staysure Group since October 2025. With a robust background in customer service and change management, Elizabeth held several key positions at Water Plus from December 2018 to June 2025, including Head of Customer and Change and Senior Programme Manager. Prior experience includes roles as Transformation Project Manager at Severn Trent and various contract positions at Water Plus and Gobeyond Partners, showcasing a diverse skill set in operational efficiency and project management. Notably, Elizabeth's tenure at HomeServe UK spanned from 2004 to 2014, where responsibilities included directing remediation operations and telemarketing efforts, significantly impacting operational performance.
