Carlo Zeelie

Carlo Zeelie is a highly experienced professional in the field of Operational Technology and Cyber Security, currently serving as a Guest Researcher at Delft University of Technology and the Control Room of the Future since April 2025. Since January 2023, Carlo has held the position of Senior Systems Administrator for OT Cyber Security at Stedin, contributing expertise in ISO27001 and IEC62443 compliance, among other qualifications. As Co-Founder of PCS Global (Pty) Ltd., and PCS Global Namibia, Carlo previously directed operations and engaged in various system integration projects. Additional experience includes roles as PAC Engineer and Operational Technology Administrator at Hanab Energy Solutions, and Lead Control Systems Engineer at Dundee Precious Metals Inc. Carlo holds a qualification in Process Instrumentation from Tshwane University of Technology and has completed certifications in Red Hat Enterprise Linux and Cisco CCNA.
